The Most Reliable BMW Engines Ever Made

What are the most reliable BMW engines ever made? Let me walk you through BMW engine reliability and even some of the most unreliable BMW engines as well.

There are a ton of BMWs with engines that are reliable, but you need to know where and what models to look at. Just to give you some ideas, the e30, e36, e46, and e90 all have relatively reliable engines. Those are the M20, M50, M52, M54, n52, n53, n54, and n55 in the 320, 323, 325, 328, 330, and 335i. There are of course other models that give us a high level of reliability, but those are great examples.

One thing you'll find with reliable #BMW #engines is that they tend to be inline6 cylinder engines. Once you go to more cylinders, it just doesn't work out the same way.
