Welcome back to Thailand! We're home today in Chiang Mai, and I am in the mood for some Thai food. Undoubtedly Bangkok's favorite dish, I would also say that "Pad KaPrao" is the goto order for ALL of Thailand even up here in the north. This dish is getting me so excited today, that I want to go searching for the best and most fun recipe in the whole city.
