As @davewfilms and I almost finalized our 2week travel in Japan, we decided it was time for us to stay in a village to take in the slow pace of the Japanese way of living.
I found a local guesthouse situated in some of the most scenic farmlands surrounded by the tranquil settlements in Biei. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, we were grateful to be able to see and explore some of the lessvisited areas and villages of Japan. We headed to Shirogane Blue Pond which is a stunning sight due to its otherworldly blue color! Its deep blue colour owes it to natural minerals dissolved in the water.

In 2013, I started my solo travel journey, leaving Indonesia in 2016 to become a fulltime traveller and YouTube creator. My background in International Relations has fueled a profound interest in exploring different countries. My content focuses on exploring different cultures through the lens of a solo female traveller, aiming to capture reallife interactions and experiences.

My travels kicked off with a fivemonth trip across Asia, after which I moved to China in January 2017 to work as an English teacher—my first time living abroad. I left China in 2018 to fully commit to creating videos on YouTube, where I share my travels and the cultures I encounter.
