Filmed, Edited and Produced from 2020 through early 2024, APSL is pleased to release "The Line That Refuses To Die The Story of the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad".

This feature has a runtime of 1 hour and 2 minutes and is our first indepth comprehensive and interpretive Documentary that chronicles the history of one of Maryland's crown jewels, the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad.

The original title of this piece was to be "Queen of the Allegheny's" and the intention was to use WMSR 734 as a central focus that would have showcased over 200 years of history in Allegany County, Maryland.

However, with developments and updates over the last few years, the project morphed into something much larger and this version exists as the end result.

This production has no direct affiliation with the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad and has been produced entirely by APSL, with great assistance from numerous individuals and organizations to which we express our utmost gratitude!
