The Arslan family continues their struggle for life in Ankara Çubuk Aluç Plateau. Spring coming to the plateaus after a difficult winter brings joy to both the family and all the animals in the family.
The animals of the family, which milks by hand in the old style, stay in stone barns. Both they and their animals benefit from the shade of the oak tree, which is a 500yearold monument.
The Arslan family makes their living by making and selling dairy products such as cheese and butter from the milk they obtain from cows in the pasture.
He is quite satisfied with his family life, living away from people. Goats, dogs, chickens, geese and many other animals accompany their old and beautiful life.
