For master miller Maarten Dolman, work is always a grind. Dolman is one of the last remaining millers in the Netherlands. He grinds flour for bread baking as well as special mixes for cookies and cakes. Dolman invites us to take a tour of his windmill. Built in 1732, it’s one of the most famous in Holland.
