The Journal is a fictional story set in 1530 during the Spanish colonization of the Americas. It follows the story of Barón Miguel Maça ward counsel of El Mirador, a settlement deep in the Peten Basin known as Guatemala. The film was created for the runwayml AIFF 2024 film festival.
