Marshall Plumlee was an All American basketball player in high school who received a scholarship to go play at Duke University following his brothers path and went on to have a career in the NBA. While at Duke he attended ROTC and decided to join the NY Army National Guard while playing for the NY Knicks. He later joined active service and is currently serving as an officer with the elite 75th Ranger Regiment. This is a short video of when he decided to join the Ranger Regiment.
