A criminal mastermind from the Inspector's past seeks revenge by posing as a TV producer and having the Inspector perform on the all too realistic Cop Patrol television show.

The Pink Panther is the sly, lanky animated cat created by Friz Freleng and David DePatie. The iconic feline was first created in 1964.
