The movement of sitting to standing is arguably one of the best strength exercises you can do! It's a great way to build strength in your legs, improving your balance and ability to walk.

Use a chair that has arms for support
Sit slowly and use gravity as a form of resistance
Do enough repetitions (between 510 can be enough)
