An eyeopening experience to complete the picture as to why the beef I've been consuming in New Zealand has been so bloody FANTASTIC.

Grazing methods on acres of land as opposed to grain feeding lots has plenty to do with it, as well as the home kill method vs the stressful experience of slaughterhouses. Much respect to the home kill guys for allowing a sheltered meateater such as myself stand by and watch them kill and take apart that steer...
