Dating back to the eleventh century, the crown has witnessed many vicissitudes in the nation's history; it has been stolen and hidden, and it has even left the country entirely. In this video, I look at this object in some detail, its importance in the political life of Hungary and how, for over thirty years, it was kept in the United States.
