RECIPE FOR CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE: 18 oz softened cream cheese,1pound softened salted butter, 6 large eggs, 2 t. vanilla flavoring, 3 cups white sugar, 3 cups all purpose flour. DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven 350 degrees, grease and flour bundt cake pan, mix sugar, butter and cream cheese till creamy, add in eggs one at a time, mixing well about 2030 seconds, add in vanilla flavor and mix well, add in flour one cup at a time mixing well,. Pour in to bundt pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 1/2 hours, check cake after 1 hour and 15 minutes and add 5 minutes at a time as you check for doneness, use toothpick inserted in center of cake to check, (do not fill bundt pan to rimfill pan to within about 1 1/4" from top) ENJOY!
