I picked up the Gozney Roccbox about a month and a half ago and fell in love with it, but I wanted something a little bigger and that could use wood as a fuel a little easier. I was pretty lucky the the Atlanta Grill Company had a few of the new Gozney Domes on the way and I got my order in before they sold out in a matter of hours. In this video I go over the basic differences and cook a couple pizzas to show the difference... The Roccbox is much easier to get as it has been on the market much longer where the Dome is a recent release and still has many backorders! Both ovens have either a single fuel source option (Roccbox = Gas, Dome = Wood) or a dual fuel source option (wood & gas). The Roccbox wood option in my opinion is not worth the hassle and cost, but you my find it different.
