Papillons might be registered as toy dogs, but dont be fooled by their size. This is definitely not the typical lap dog and coach potatoe. Papillon is very energetic dog and needs plenty of exercise. They need daily walks and playtime and they are pretty good at dog sports like agility.

Papillons are highly trainable small dogs, they are super smart and eager to please – a combination which will always give you a dog that is very good at training. With a consistent training and patience you can achieve a lot with a small Papillon. They are very good at obedience competitions.
