Relied on by Fortune 500 organizations to onboard and integrate leaders and other key personnel, the Transition Roadmap Framework introduced in The First 90 Days, which The Economist aptly nicknamed "The Onboarding Bible," is a blueprint for making successful transitions. The framework was created by Michael Watkins, Genesis cofounder and Professor of Leadership and Organizational Change at IMD Business School, where he teaches a fully virtual First 90 Days open enrollment program to leaders in transition on a quarterly basis.
