I never tire of making this recipe! With only 2 eggs! Simple and very tasty

✅Ingredients:

2 bananas
Juice of half a lemon
90 g sugar (1/2 cup)
30 g of butter (2 tbsp)
100 g chopped walnuts (3/4 cup)

2 eggs
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp liquid vanilla
70 g sugar (1/3 cup)
100 ml of oil (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp)
120 ml of milk (1/2 cup)
180 g allpurpose flour (1 cup + 1/2 cup)
25 g cocoa (1/4 cup)
15 g of baking powder (1 tbsp)
Chocolate chips and some chopped nuts for decoration

Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 20 minutes

You can use a muffin mold so you get 16 muffins or use a large 25 cm rectangular mold.
