The End of the Karsibor Ferry Connection after 46 years in Swinoujscie / Poland

With the opening of the new tunnel in Świnoujście on June 30, 2023, the regular Karsibor ferry connection between the islands of Usedom and Wolin ended after 46 years. A ferry is still kept on standby for the transport of dangerous goods.
