The Drivers Collection Heavily Modified 1980 Volkswagen Golf Mk1 PD130TDi Air Ride

This VW Mark1 Golf with a PD diesel engine swap took Alex 3000+ hours to get it where it is now. He always knew that he wanted to build a show car, but the end result exceeded all his expectations, but as he said once you start working on the car in a certain level, you have to upkeep that lever throughout the car, so that's how the car ended up with a painted floor, chromed gas tank and air ride to keep the floor nice and safe. Most of the parts on the car are oneoff hand built as this engine swap is not that common, so often Alex had to come up with ideas and solutions as problems arose.
