After changing out the battery/disconnecting the negative terminal on my 2011 Acura MDX, the Navigation and Radio were locked. when holding 1,6 and the volume button, it'll only show 7 digits of the serial number. You will need a total of 10. this video will show step by step on how you can find the 10 digit serial number as well as the 5 digit radio code.
