The cast of Never Have I Ever are gearing up for graduation day, but they’re not quite ready to leave the high school hijinks behind. In this video, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Darren Barnet and Jaren Lewison swap roles in Season 3’s iconic hospital scene. You know, the one loaded (pardon the pun) with poop jokes?

So, who’s swapping roles, exactly? Well, we were just dying to see Barnet — so often cast as the Hot Guy (check out Love Hard if you haven’t already) — take on the role of Ben Gross, the overachiever who finds himself in the hospital due to a backed up colon. (Ouch!) And Lewison, for a change, forgoes his anxietyprone persona to play the calm and cool Paxton HallYoshida. As for Ramakrishnan –– who usually plays Devi Vishwakumar –– she does double duty, not only as the deadpan Dr. Appel, but also as Andy Samberg’s voiceover.

Watch the video above to see who among the trio breaks character the most, who nearly destroys the set and who ad libs a line about “flawless abs and dynamite areolas.” (Yes, you read that right.)
