"The Body Snatcher" by Robert Louis Stevenson is a tale of grave robbery and moral corruption based on reallife events in 19thcentury Edinburgh. The story follows Fettes, a medical student, and his involvement with Dr. Macfarlane, a respected anatomist who procures cadavers for his lectures through illicit means. As Fettes becomes entangled in the gruesome trade of body snatching, he is haunted by the consequences of his actions and the nefarious nature of his associate.
