Cilantro Lime Taco Marinade

Juice of 3 limes plus a little extra
1 lb. shrimp
1/2 tsp. Cumin
2 garlic cloves or 1 1/2 tsp. Minced garlic
1 Tbs olive oil
2 Tbs cilantro
Coleslaw

*For the marinade, mix the cumin, garlic, olive oil, and cilantro with the shrimp, and let chill for 20 minutes don’t wait too long, as the lime will begin to cook the shrimp!

Ranch mix:
Ranch prepared per package (Hidden Valley Ranch)
1/2 med jalapeño chopped
2 Tbs finely chopped cilantro
12 Tbs lime juice
