This lowcarb dessert is a great meal for people who are choosing a healthy food, but like to eat something tasty!

Macros per 100 g: Calories 351, Proteins 29, Fats 21, Carbs 12
Macros per 1 bar (40g): Calories 140, Proteins12, Fats 8.6, Carbs 4.6
Total weight 430 g
Weight 1 bar 40 grams
Sweetener: 1 gram of my sweetener is equivalent to 10 grams of sugar.

Milk 200 g
Protein 80 g
Powdered milk 80 g
Peanut butter 120 g
Sweetener 16 g

When using soy / pea protein, I recommend increasing the amount of milk by 120 grams. The mass before boiling will be thicker than in the video. But it will take a little longer to boil it to the desired density.
