Dough: (for 2 medium size pizzas)
325g (2½ cup) – allpurpose flour
2g (¾ tsp) – instant yeast or active dry yeast
12g (1 tbsp) – sugar
8g (1 tsp) – salt
235ml (1 cup) – water (room temperature)
25g (2 tbsp) – olive oil
This dough is enough for 2 medium size pizzas. If you want bake one pizza next day place the dough ball in an airtight container and place it in the fridge. Next day take the dough out of the fridge at least 90 minutes before you’re planning to bake pizza.
Pizza sauce: (for 2 medium size pizza)
110g (1/2 cup) – cream cheese
56 tbsp – milk
2 medium cloves garlic
⅓ tsp – salt
black pepper – to your taste
⅓ tsp – dried oregano or basil – optional
Mushroom topping: (for 1 medium size pizza)
230gr (½ lb, or about 2⅓ cup ) – mushroom (sliced)
1 medium onion (sliced)
1 tbsp – sugar
130g – cheese (Mozzarella or any of your favorite cheese)
1 tbsp – fresh parsley (finely chopped)
½ tbsp – butter
1 tbsp – olive oil + extra for drizzling
⅓ tsp – salt (or to taste)
¼ tsp – black pepper (or to taste)
