A roundup of some of the newest and most interesting new road bikes from the first day of Sea Otter Classic 2024, held in a very sunny Monterey, California. There’s a definite trend for road bikes with 40mm tyre clearance but a move away from the endurance category tag to allroad by some brands but regardless of the label these look like really interesting bikes. There’s also some beautifully classic from Ritchey and Moots so it’s not a complete carbon fibre whitewash!
