INGREDIENTS AND RECIPE:

Potatoes (0.5 KG)
1 onion
Vegetable oil (olive oil)
1 carrot
1 pepper
1 teaspoon of dry chasnik
(Grease the mold with butter)
Salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Mozzarella cheese
Camembert cheese

for the sauce:

150 grams of butter
2 tablespoons flour
Milk 250 ml
12 tablespoons of soft cheese
1 teaspoon dried garlic


Bake in the oven at 200°C (350°F) for 20 minutes
