Onion 1 pc.
Fry for 2 minutes
Minced meat 700 g
Fry for 5 minutes
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper to taste
mix well
Garlic 2 cloves
mix well
Tomato sauce 300 ml
mix well
Cover and simmer for 810 minutes
Water
Salt 1 / olive oil
Noodles 500 g
Butter 40g
Flour 2 tbsp
Milk 500 ml
Cook over low heat until thickened
Cheddar cheese 150 g
Emmental cheese 150 g
