INGREDIENTS
½ pound spaghetti, linguine, etc
1 head broccoli diced
3 cloves garlic sliced
¼ cup olive oil
23 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil for finishing
¼ cup Pecorino Romano (or parmesan) grated
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
½ cup pasta water reserve more just in case
Salt to taste
