Since the beginning of the year, investors have been nervous as the bank system faces collapse. After March, the U.S. banking system will take a dark turn, and rates will go up. If rates go high, small banks that are holding all of these commercial real estate loans are on the brink of collapse. However, the failure has started with the New York Community Bancorp; it has crashed 45% to fresh 30year lows.
