Al Spoler heads to Running W Farm in Chestertown, where farmer Jim Lindauer raises the unique Highland breed of cattle. Al gets up close and personal with these cows, which are known for their hairy coats and long horns. Jim raises these cattle because of their ability to thrive in a grassfed operation. Highlands also produce leaner meat than other breeds. Al samples some of this beef in a few sandwiches from the Happy Chicken Bakery.
