There is no denying that Genesis/Mega Drive games had magic from the very presentation of the Sega logo!


Although many of these animations were no big deal, it is also true that some video game companies put a lot of innovation in the presentation of their titles from the very first seconds. Coincidentally or not, when the Sega booting cutscene was awesome, you instantly knew that the game was not going to disappoint you.

For this video I have thoroughly explored the legacy of Sega's 16bit console, searching for the most deserving logo animations for their originality and artistic excellence.
