Recipes:
APPLE PIE
Mix:
2 Tablespoons butter
3/4 cup xylitol (can use sugar)
1/3 cup flour
Sprinkle half of the mixture on the bottom of an unbaked pie shell.
Peel and cut apples in half, place core side down in pie shell. Top with the remaining crumb mixture and top with 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then reduce to 370 and bake for another 35 minutes.

PUMPKIN PIE:
Bake pie shell.
Mix and Heat the following:
1 cup whole milk
1 cup pumpkin puree
3/4 cup xylitol (or sugar)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
pinch of salt
1/8 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tablespoon butter
1 egg
Cook until thick.
Cool.
Add to pie shell and top with fresh whipped cream!
