5 Tbsp tamarind juice
5 Tbsp fish sauce
3 Tbsp finely chopped palm sugar
3 Tbsp lime juice
1 ½ Tbsp roasted chili flakes
4 pieces shallots ( thinly julienned shallots)
1 ½ Tbsp roasted rice powder ( Khao Khua ) in Thai.
12 leaves Kaffir lime leaves ,finely chopped
