What do you do if you wake up and realize you and your friend had a body swap? That's right, you would totally freak out! Did that really happen to Slime Sam and Sue during one of their handcraft episodes? Let's find out!

It was a normal day, just like any other. Jelly Slime Sam suddenly found himself weirdly interested in a salad with tomatoes, lettuce, olives, and NO CANDY. What's a poor slime to do! He gave in to his craving and totally devoured the whole bowl. What came as more of a surprise to him is that he actually liked it very much! In fact, his exact words were: The most satisfying meal ever!

While he was working out this strange change in his preferences Sue was stricken with a sudden and unusual craving too. She saw a bowl full of delicious candies and couldn't resist the temptation. Yes, that's right, she ate the whole bowl by herself. What is happening to me? Sue thought.

Both of our characters didn't want the other one to find out and destroyed all evidence of their inappropriate food behavior.

Nothing tricky, they just went to bed after wishing each other a good night sleep.

The morning came and something has changed. When Sue tried getting out of bed she realized that everything around her had become very big and she lost... her arms and legs! Trying to keep calm she managed to get to the mirror and didn't believe her own eyes, it was Sam who looked at her instead of her own reflection!

Sam woke up too and was surprised by how small everything had become... Of course, by now you've already figured out that he turned into a human. He tried to move like he usually does and jump his way to Sue using both feet as one.

Sam and Sue finally met and tried to figure out what was going on and what to do now. Sue was more concerned as she is the responsible one and she knew they had a DIY video to make. After Sam combed his new hair with Sue's help they got down to business. Sue told Sam about the craft she was going to make, it seemed easy enough and Sam started the creative process. Obviously, Sue had to help Sam every step of the way but what else is new, right? :)

The craft of the day is paper tetra flexagons. Sue saw this fun and simple toy for kids on TV and wanted to try making it for the longest time.

Do you know what flexagons are? It sounds complicated but it's actually not! This term comes from geometry, it's a flat model that you can construct using paper strips of different size. You would need to flex and fold it in certain ways to reveal different patterns hidden on other sides. The most popular way to make a flexagon is origami. Origami doesn't use glue or any adhesive materials, you just fold the paper and it stays where it's supposed to be.

Flexagons usually have square or rectangular shape and then they are called tetraflexagons. They can also be hexagonal which means they have six sides and then they are called hexaflexagons.

Sam and Sue will be making an easier version of the origami tetraflexagon and use some glue. That will make the process faster and you can also decorate your model as you wish! Sue and Sam are using flower patterns and images of a teddy bear.

This fun activity for kids and family can be very entertaining but also educational. Instead of random pictures, you can use numbers and letters to teach other kids or your siblings or you can paint each part in different color and learn colors. The possibilities are endless and it's quite easy to make more of these simple paper crafts once you get a hang of it.

It might even seem too easy, but you know what? It requires attention to details, accuracy, and ability to follow instructions. I bet you could use these skills at school and benefit from them!

Also, imagine the power went out and your phone and tablet are out of juice. What to do when you are bored? That's right, make tetraflexagons! Ok, ok, it might not be the most obvious choice but give it a try, you might like it better than you think you would!
