Testing the legendary DPS-375SP digital timebase corrector

The DPS375 Digital Timebase Corrector from Digital Processing Systems is one of the most saught after pieces of equipment by those who transfer Umatic format tapes. It is specially designed to get the very best from Umatic machines via the Dub connectors which perform a similar function to SVideo though using an incompatible signal type. Today we need to test the performance of one of these timebase correctors by connecting to a vectorscope, but first we need to transcode the analogue YUV outputs of the DPS375 to the SDI serial datastream in order to connect to the SDIonly vectorscope.
