Lucy travels to Japan to visit her shoe sponsor ASICS and take part in some testing of the new racing shoes which are currently in development.

As well as a busy day at the Institute of Sport Science, she also got to visit the main headquarters, explore Kobe and Kyoto, try some of the local cuisine, and of course do some running exploration in the city.
