1 Can Pineapple Chunks
1 Jar Mild Salsa
1/2 Each Green, Yellow and Orange Peppers
Pea Pods
Cilantro
Powdered Ginger to taste
1 tsp. cornstarch mixed with a little cold water
MEATBALLS
Quarter Pound Organic Costco Ground Beef (or a lean ground beef)
1 Egg
2 T. Panko
Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder sprinkled in
Using a 1/2 Tablespoon form into meatballs and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 for 10 Minutes
