If you're thinking of getting a home warranty, buyer beware. The first words that come to mind are scam, ripoff, swindle, and fraud. Over the last 4 years, I have personally worked around 2000 home warranty calls from ten (or so) Home Warranty companies, and almost every one of those home owners would have been better off to save their money. This video highlights "some" of the experiences that I had while working with home warranty companies. I walked away feeling like most home warranties are designed to take your money, then use a loop hole to avoid paying. They are at best, simply not worth your money.
