The Express Experience mentioned in the video was initiated by the DMV during the pandemic when inoffice appointments were scarce. Although the DMV no longer promotes this express service, you can still upload documents online during the REAL ID application before your DMV visit, to streamline the process. Whether you upload documents during the online application or not, you must bring the physical documents to the DMV to complete the application process. Making an appointment is recommended for access to a shorter line.

1) Type city or zip and select city with zip code from list. You can also select "Take a written driver knowledge test" under services option, then click search.
2) Click on "More Details" for DMV you would like to visit.
3) You should see Current Wait Times for people with and without appointments
