In "Technical Climbs on a Mountain Bike Made Simple" Alex is joined by Lee of Leelikesbikes.com on famed Colorado trail Hall Ranch.

Known as a rocky, technical mountain bike trail, Hall Ranch is the perfect setting for mountain bikers working on every aspect of technical climbing.

Lee and Alex cover bike setup, basic form, climbing roots, small ledges, vertical ledges, large steep sections and big rocky steps.

Like most days on a mountain bike, they learn again that the biggest obstacles are always mental. Before they can get up the most challenges obstacles of the day, they are have to outsmart their own brains into believing they can do it. Spoiler alert: It works.
