Teaching my daughter how to make Vietnamese Shaking Beef. I didn’t do any measurements because we were making dinner. I used beef ribeye, but you can also use beef tenderloin. Marinade it with avocado oil, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Cook the beef to medium rare and removed from the wok, wiped it with a wet paper towel, added more oil and cook onions, minced garlic and butter. Then add back in the cooked beef for one minute.
