→③ Verification and completion of the reduction or exemption requirements at the tax office → ④ The company collects withholding and applies the reduction or exemption at the yearend settlement
⇒ Refunds will not be made unless there is a copy of the application for reduction in ① and the statement of persons subject to reduction in ② issued by the company .
※ In principle, a request for correction is made by the company to the tax office .
▶ (Retirees) ① If you have an application for reduction or exemption (attach proof), you can apply for a refund directly to the tax office (request for correction).
