Dear Traditional Lifers,

Today in our house, we cooked tapioca curry which is more healthy and tasty and this tapioca is highly used in Kerala state in India. In Tamilnadu we usually boil and eat with sugar, some times we will make curry, poriyal, bonda, etc., out of it.

In street chips shop they make many types of chips alone with Tapioca chips thus Valar came to our farm land in the morning while I was in farm and asked to pluck some tapioca freshly for today’s lunch so we both got some tapioca to our home and I boiled few tapioca to eat & Valar made curry with the boiled tapioca, which tastes really well the tapioca tastes very smooth and spicy with the masala in the curry and after finishing lunch I went to share the remaining tapioca with my aunty’s home. We would like you to try this awesome recipe to taste the healthiest dish and most importantly kids would love to eat this boiled Tapioca
