Takoyaki ingredients:
Batter:
4 eggs ( kung pang business 2 eggs Lang po ang gamitin nyo)
2 cups cake flour or all purpose flour( wag po kayong gagamit ng bread flour titigas ang takoyaki ball)
2 tsp dashi
1/4 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
800 ml water or 900 ml water( kung harina ng pinas ang gagamitin add ng water ( gawin na pong 1000 ml 4 cups)
1 tsp soy sauce
Beni shoga ( pickled ginger)
Hipon ( shrimp)
Boiled Tako ( octupos)
Cheese optional
Tenkatsu ( crunchy bits of deep fried flour)
Toppigs:
Katsuo boshi
Sauce and mayonnaise
Vegetable oil
Homemade takoyaki sauce:
Slurry o pampalapot
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
6 tbsp kikkoman soysauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
6 tbsp tomato catsup
4 tbsp honey
