Take oatmeal cocoa bananas and make this amazing healthy dessert! No added sugar!

Do you have oats, banana, cocoa? Delicious homemade dessert that you will surely enjoy. Healthy dessert with multiple ingredients: oats, banana, cocoa! Perfect for a diet dessert or healthy breakfast!

Ingredients:

140 g (1 1/2 cup) oats
250 ml (1 cup) milk
2 bananas
2 eggs
1 tablespoon honey
a pinch of salt
40 g (5 tablespoons) cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
40 g (1/3 cup) walnut

50 g (1/3 cup) chocolate


Pour the oatmeal with hot milk and leave for 10 minutes.
Mash the bananas and combine them with oats. Add the eggs, cocoa, baking powder. Optionally add 1 tablespoon of honey and salt.
Grease the pan with vegetable oil and, if desired, line it with parchment.Take the dough out of the mold and sprinkle with walnuts.
Bake at 180ºC (356ºF) for 4050 minutes. After cooking, let the dessert cool completely.
Melt the chocolate in a bainmarie or in the microwave. Pour chocolate over the dessert.
