The Maoxing Reminiscent Trail was originally one of the Taipingshan Forest Railway mountain lines. After the deforestation was completed, the old railway line was transformed into a forest bathing hiking route with a total length of about 1.1 kilometers. The starting point of the trail is at Maoxing Station. This railway from the forest farm era is also the railway that is still in operation in Taipingshan. It is about 3 kilometers long from Taipingshan Station to Maoxing Station. The Bongbong Train run on it and take tourists to Maoxing Station to visit the Maoxing Reminiscent Trail.

[General journey time reference]
The tour lasts about 70 minutes. It is recommended to focus on the main route of the Maoxing Nostalgic Trail (about 2.2 kilometers round trip)

There are many public toilets in Taipingshan National Forest Park. Both Taipingshan Station and Maoxing Station have public toilets.
