Brown rice, veggie chicken

1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 pound ground turkey or chicken
1 cup chopped green beans
1 cup peas
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 boiled egg
2 cups cooked brown rice

Baked sweet potato

Preheat oven: 400’F
Cooking time: 45 minutes to 1 hour, depends on the size of potato

I also added a couple of drops of Salmon Oil into his food. The name of Salmon Oil that I used is called Iceland Pure Unscented Pharmaceutical Grade Salmon Oil Pure Omega 3, Liquid Food Supplement For Dogs and Cats.
