While summer was coming to Sodor, Skiff had discovered an old barge on the beach called Bulstrode who was left there as a punishment for being horrid to everyone. After Skiff was going to talk to the Fat Controller about it, he decided to give him a second chance, he still can be grumpy sometimes though but he was very happy to be back in the water.
