Sync Your Peloton Workouts With Your Apple Watch

The Apple Watch makes a great companion to the Peloton bike but you need to sync your workouts with Apple Health to get the full workout tracking benefits.

In this video I explain how the Peloton native Strava integration works and how to set it up.

Howto Steps
1. Create account on Strava.com
2. On the Peloton bike sign in and click on the bottom right three circles.
3. Then touch social under my info
4. Touch Strava Connect
5. Login into your Strava account
6. Download and sign in to Strava from the iOS app store
7. Touch More (bottom left)
8. Settings
9. Applications, Services, Devices
10. Connect with Health
11. Agree to ALL permissions
12. Workout
13. To get the workout to sync select the bell on the top left
14. Touch your ride is ready to view (you will need to do this for every workout)
15. Your workout should sync.
